Our inline static mixers work by splitting and diverting input streams through a series of elements installed in a pipe. These elements direct each liquid towards the pipe walls, providing velocity reversals and flow diversion, which in turn increase the efficiency of the mix. Different diameters and different element configurations alter the degree of mixing being provided. Inline static mixers can be used for both high- and low-viscosity fluids, as well as for turbulent blending, laminar blending and liquid dispersion applications.
